DOROKDOKKK

Dorokdok is a traditional Sundanese snack from West Java, Indonesia. It is made from cow or buffalo skin. Dorokdok comes from a tradition of using all parts of an animal so nothing is wasted. The skin is cleaned, dried, and fried until it becomes crispy. At first, dorokdok was made at home for family food. Now, it is also sold as a popular snack and local souvenir.
